If you want to monitor the time dedicated to individual customers in EDA, the administrator can set up customers in the Customers section.
To add a new customer, click on the Add customer icon , type customer’s name and save it.
Once the customer is saved, the Stats tab is displayed on the right side of the screen. The statisctics tab shows how many tickets have been opened for the customer and what has been the total time spent on them. (Of course, the data must be already saved in the tickets. A customer can be added to a ticket “manually” by editing the ticket or a customer can be assigned to a ticket automatically when using helpdesk – this must be set up in Whitelist emails.)
